E-LEARNING ABOUT CODE OF CONDUCT

1. CHALLENGE

Vestas run their business on integrity and honesty. But since corruption can take many shapes, it can be hard for the employees to judge whether it is a question of corruption or regular business practice. Therefore, Vestas needed a course that ensured that the employees could tell these apart and comply with Vestas’ Code of Conduct. 

2. SOLUTION

MOCH are very experienced in delivering compliance training. Because of this, we developed a course with Vestas, that trains their employees in complying both law and Vestas’ Code of Conduct. Through realistic and interactive scenarios the employees make choices and learn how to handle bribery, facilitation payments, conflicts of interest, as well as the effect of these choices. 

3. RESULT

Achieving experience via realistic scenarios helps to change the employee’s behaviour and that supports Vestas’ integrity culture. The course ensures that all employees are on the same page when it comes to compliance and it contributes to creating a fundamental culture as well as a uniform response to the common legal issues. Also included in the solution was a meeting with an implementation consultant, 2nd line support, and campaign materials.
